Feds have ruled against FedEx employees who sought to bring a federal civil rights lawsuit against the company over its contract dispute with the U.S. Postal Service.
The agency said in a statement Friday that it had “consistently maintained that all employees of FedEx are entitled to a fair, equal, and nondiscriminatory employment relationship, including reasonable time, a fair compensation package, and a nondiscrimination policy that is enforceable in court.”
The Postal Service has also said it will not seek to force FedEx to change its contract or to terminate the contracts of any employees.
FedEx has not responded to a request for comment.
